Muncul dari India yang masih dalam penyangkalan, "68 Pages" membuka isi perut masyarakat untuk menunjukkan bagaimana India mengutuk dan menolak mereka yang terjangkit virus HIV atau mereka yang ingin menjadi diri mereka sendiri. Bertolak belakang dengan jenis film bollywood yang penuh dansa dan drama, "68 Pages" menonjolkan tokoh-tokoh utama yang tidak bakal dipakai oleh bollywood – penari bar transsexual, pelacur, pasangan gay – untuk menceritakan kisah pilu dan trauma, kebahagiaan dan harapan, tentang kondisi mereka hidup dengan HIV dan terpinggirkan. Sebuah film lugas yang meneriakkan lima kehidupan yang penuh duka dan harapan – dalam 68 halaman diary si penasehat.

Film pendek dibuat untuk mengurangi prasangka dan diskriminasi serta mempromosikan penggunaan kondom dan juga test HIV dan memberikan saran kepada 200 juta pekerja migrant cina.
Pemeran utama film ini adalah seorang actor cina, Wang Baoqiang, yang dulunya mantan pekerja bangunan di Beijing. Film ini mengkisahkan sebuah cerita lucu tentang seorang actor terkenal yang mengunjungi "teman kampung"nya yang terkena HIV dan diasingkan oleh teman-temanya yang lain. diambil dengan gaya Charli Chaplin, berformat film bisu, film ini menggarisbawahi pengasingan pekerja bangunan yang terkena HIV di tempat pembangunan di Beijing dan menunjukkan bahwa pengasingan bisa dihindari dengan gabungan antara wawasan dan rasa belas kasih. Wang Baoqiang mengunjungi Xiao Hu, yang terkena HIV, berbagi makanan, bekerja dan bermain dengannya, menunjukkan pada pekerja bangunan lainnya kalau tidak perlu takut tertular. Secara perlahan-lahan, para pekerja lainnya mulai menerima Xiao Hu dan menyambutnya dalam komunitas pekerja mereka. Film ini juga memasukkan diskusi antara Wang Baoqiang dengan pria yang memerankan Xiao Hu, yang juga menghadapi masalah pengasingan yang serupa ketika dia bekerja sebagai pekerja bangunan di Cina. Wang Baoqiang meminta kepada semua orang Cina untuk membuka pikiran, meninggalkan rasa takut, dan menunjukkan belas kasih serta memberikan dukungan kepada mereka yang terkena HIV.

Produit d'un pays comme l'Inde qui se renie toujours, "68 Pages" ouvre les entrailles de sa société pour révéler comment elle stigmatise et dédaigne les séropositifs ou même ceux qui ne veulent être qu'eux-mêmes.
En renversant le genre musico-dramatique du film Bollywood, "68 Pages" place au centre du film des personnages ignorés par Bollywood - un danseur de bar transsexuel, une prostituée, un couple gay - pour raconter leurs histoires douloureuses et leurs traumatismes, leurs joies et leurs espoirs, leur condition de séropositif et de marginaux. Un film criant d'honnêteté sur cinq vies marquées par la douleur et liées par l'espoir - en 68 pages du journal d'un conseiller.

Ce court-métrage a été développé pour réduire le stigma du SIDA et de la discrimination et promouvoir le préservatif et le test HIV et les conseils pour les 200 millions de travailleurs migrants ruraux.
La vedette du film est l'acteur chinois Wang Baoqiang, lui-même un ancien migrant travaillant dans les chantiers de construction à Beijing.
Le film raconte l'histoire drôle d'un acteur célèbre qui rend visite à son "compagnon de village", qui est séropositif et fait face à l'isolatio de ses collègues. Filmé dans un style à la Charlie Chaplin, en format silencieux, le film met en évidence l'isolation d'un travailleur séropositif à Beijing et montre qu'on peut venir à bout de la discrimination par un savant mélange de savoir et de compassion.
Wang Baoqiang rend visite à Xiao Hu, qui est séropositif, partage sa nourriture, son travail et joue avec Xiao Hu, montrant aux autres travailleurs qu'ils n'ont pas à craindre une tranmission du virus. Petit à petit, les autres travailleurs acceptent Xiao Hu et l'accueillent dans leur communauté de travail.
Le film montre aussi une discussion en direct de Wang Baoqiang avec l'acteur qu ijoue Xiao Hu, lui-même confronté à l'isolation dans son travail en Chine. Wang Baoqiang demandent à tous les Chinois une ouverture d'esprit, d'abandonner leurs peurs et de faire preuve de compassion et de soutien envers les séropositifs chinois.

Subverting the Bollywood film genre of song-dance and high drama, the film 68 Pages places centerstage characters ignored by Bollywood - a transsexual bar dancer, a prostitute, a gay couple - to tell their stories of pain and trauma, of happiness and hope, about being HIV+ and marginalized. A searingly honest film about five lives marked by pain and bound by hope - in 68 Pages of a counselor's diary.

The short film was developed to reduce AIDS stigma and discrimination and promote condom use and HIV testing and counselling for China's 200 million rural migrant workers.
The film stars leading Chinese actor, Wang Baoqiang, who himself is a former migrant construction worker in Beijing. The film tells the humorous story of a famous actor who visits his "hometown fellow" who has HIV and is facing isolation from his co-workers. Shot in a Charlie Chaplain, silent movie style format, the film highlights the isolation of an HIV positive construction worker on a construction site in Beijing and shows how this discrimination can be overcome with a mix of accurate knowledge and compassion.
Wang Baoqiang visits Xiao Hu, who is HIV positive, shares food, works and plays with Xiao Hu, showing the other construction workers that there is no need to fear casual transmission. Gradually the other workers come to accept Xiao Hu and welcome him into their working community.
The film also includes a direct discussion with Wang Baoqiang with the man who plays Xiao Hu, who himself was faced similar isolation when he worked as a construction worker in China. Wang Baoqiang calls on all Chinese to open their minds, leave behind their fears and show compassion and support for people with HIV in China.
